Well merry friggin christmas to me I guess. That's what I get for daring to have a good thing for once. I just got home from Chicago & glad the kid didn't come back with me bc GUESS WHO HAS NO HEAT?! Apparently at some point, my furnace quit working. It is 42 degrees in here & Idk what to do. I'm alone with no help and no money for this. I just want to cry.
I've got an electric space heater & luckily pipes are ok but GODDAMNIT.

I'm barely making it & this could ruin me.

@silvercomet21 thanks. It was a long night. I pulled an all nighter bc it's too risky to sleep alone with an electric space heater going. I've placed a call & a tech is on his way. It's right after christmas & I don't get paid again for a few more days so hoping this isn't an epic cost.🤞

@silvercomet21 tech is here. It's the blower motor exactly as I thought. Had to drain way too much from savings when I already had to tap it down far too low from other things this year, but I didn't have a choice. $800 though...just...ouch.

Guess its pb&j & ramen for me for a while.😫😬

I've been in worse shape but it definitely hurts. 😓

@silvercomet21 oh yeah don't I know it. Almost as much as I make for half of a month's salary. 😓 *sigh* but gotta do what I gotta do.
