Actually a religion is made to find answers to the inexplicable, the magic, a way of life, the meaning of life. With religion cames habits and coutumes, celebrations (just see solstice pagan celebrations)... But also extremism wich open the door to hate, opression, etc.

No because a religion suggest also a part of mysticism (spirits, gods, places), legends (heroes, stories, places too) and as I said, a way of life, habits and coutumes, so culture to (food, dress, etc). And TRY to explain inexplicable...

Science is made of facts and History, allow understand "why" with clues, improve the life and possibilities (medicine, engineering etc).
Transfom Magic is not magic because (explanations and comprehention)...

Humbug for whom does not wants a little part of magic.

For me it is just a moment of share something different with friends and family... Not for commercial aspect.

I prone DIY actualy.
For example I made this for my Bros, coaster with formica and cork... 8 for each, with a hand mad pouch.

In my family we know also Father January and Father Decembers (each in green dress code) as two kind of pixies

Then with time, Church and Coca change them as Santa (really fast shortcut)

Before Santa their were differents beliefs and with time they were combine in one only

It was only when the christian missionaries realised they were struggling to convert because they were competing with the "pagan" gods, that they incorporated the Winter Solstice into their fable. A means to an end!

- science : no god, facts History (no lores)
