Cody#byebyetwitter! Has anyone commented on the irony of picking "Mastodon" as the name for a new social network?

Richard Grant@SewHappy1960 @CKL Well you know there's a story about how "mastodon" came to be chosen as the name — I can't do it justice but it was sort of a wry joke with money involved.
