One of my favourite moments in the far north. Had planned this two years in advance for the perfect moon and solar scenario. Moonlight auroras are my jam, but you need a decent showing to compete with the moon.

We'd had a lot of great showings that year, but this one was extra extra special. After standing out in the cold for an hour, we headed inside for hot chocolate and a jolly good laugh.

@ewen nice shot. The workaround on adding alt during an edit is to delete the photo, reupload the photo and then add the alt text to the new photo.

I was a bit slow on that. My app offers editing the alt text but doesn't seem to deliver!

@ewen I seen to remember seeing that it's a bug that might get fixed sooner then later. Great pictures. I visited the Lofoten Islands once and loved it there.

I've been very lucky in my Arctic travels over the past decade. Sweden and Norway especially. Some lovely people equal to the scenery I might add :)
