This might be interesting to find other accounts with your general interests.
However, I wonder if it can be "de-biased" somewhat: The first accounts listed tend to be those with a huge following already. This is 1) not surprising and 2) these accounts have only marginal benefit from an additional follow.
I don't know what the best metric would be here, but it might be interesting to order by e.g. the ratio of local follows to global follows, or by newest accounts.
