We usually deliver little holiday 🎁 for our neighbors. This year I tried #Linzer #cookies for the first time - we had these growing up in Hungary but always bought, never made at home. They are fussy but very tasty! Strawberry, apricot and chocolate ganache filling.

@gpollara thanks! Yes, high quality jam is key. We use Bonne Maman. I couldn’t find raspberry from them but that is traditional so I used strawberry and apricot (also traditional) and added chocolate ganache for the chocolate lovers.
