@ct_bergstrom I remember being in United's Premier program for a few years when I flew a reasonable amount (not even that much). My wife said, how do we ever go back? We were in a 100-person line at an airport and I called the premier 800#. “Leave the line right now and go to gate X and they will have a ticket for you." They did.
