Just a random poll... do/would you feel safe fursuiting in your home town?

My answer is "no" (because it is Brexity and chavvy and pretty scummy and despite feeling safe there as a resident I'm more in favour of suiting somewhere else)

@equium though i don’t own a suit i probably wouldn’t do it in my home town. good thing though is that i’m just an hour away by train from a big city so i think that’d be a much more positive experience :)

@equium I can imagine in the carnival maybe but otherwise no. Mind you I haven't dared suit in public by myself and there's always safety in numbers with that kind of thing.

Also my home town is Hartlepool which is Brexit-chav central.

@equium There are many places I would not, but neither my, nor my family's hometowns count amongst them.

@equium I didn't used to, the place looks a little rough and has a bit of a bad reputation, but over the years living here I've started to realise that mostly people just wouldn't care enough
