I see a few people are moving to relax the server load, so I anticipate a few days of extra fuss of finding where friends are and then all settling down and running smoothly.

OK, so I can see a feed of everyone on Meow posting all kinds of furry stuff, or a flood of everything on the mastodon all at once. I guess the thing to do now is find other accounts of interest on different servers and follow them?

I'm also pushing forwards more eagerly with advertising and raising interest in local #furmeet stuff, while the audience is all mostly in one place, before we fracture into small chat groups and stuff. So, if you're in or near Hampshire or Kent (UK versions only), watch this space
