Canadians are so damn nice. Everyone here in #PortMoody keeps apologizing to us newbies for the “unusual” heavy snowfall. It’s pretty massive, and it is very unusual, but I’m loving every minute. Here’s a partial view from our living room.

When I was I stationed in Denver years ago, I too enjoyed watching the big snowflakes floating down, carpeting everything.
At 5 AM the next morning, helping my neighbor get his car started in 10 deg F weather early enough that we could both get to work on time -- took a toll on the previous day's enjoyment.
