I even had a Phanpy too back in 2018. 👀 But I only used it as a playground for new iOS APIs.

Mastoot was released to App Store in Apr this year, I think that’s the time I treat this thing more seriously.

@libei @cheeaun I’m usually attracted to native #iOS apps, same for Mastodon. I like it’s look and feel, but it’s lacking “edit” and lots more functionality. In the here and now, @Mastoot is very good. Just prefer the look of #Mastodon app. I have great hopes for @ivory. But, we’re in pretty good shape in the here and now.

@libei @cheeaun I just downloaded Mastoot and it looks good (been using Metatext), but where’s the alt text on images? We use it a lot for context and entertainment for both sighted and blind people, so it puts me off using the app. I like the way it’s possible to read it on Metatext without needing a screen reader, it helps to remind people to add alt as a matter of course when they post images. Thanks!
