More to come today. #STL may not be out of the woods yet. Occasional 40KT gusts after nearly a day of persistent winds leaves us vulnerable to the weakest links in our infrastructure.

This event has never really been about heavy snow. It's been a temp/wind event from early outlook. It's more than a "it's dangerous to drive" situation, it's a "stay inside and hope we don't lose power situation."
