Seems I’m just indulging this evening. It’s abnormal for the current me. I have considered sobriety after a year (‘20-‘21) of heavy drinking. May get there yet.
@christopherbrown I’ve done #DryJanuvary in past years and that is a valuable experience IMO. I believe there was research showing participants continued drinking less in following months! #harmreduction
@Diplodocus I’ve abstained several times over the past several years. When I realized the harm I was doing to myself in March 2021 after a year of duly drinking, I went dry for a bit and then tapered off significantly, noticing better quality sleepy, as you mentioned.
