Moved my latest slightly Citra hopped wheat beer from the Williams Warn brew keg where I fermented it to a keg so I could pull out the bag of Citra hops and my tilt. Now about 2.5 weeks and suddenly beautiful orange flavors popped out. It is clarifying a bit and I’m not a fan of “crystal” Weizenbier so either I go shake the keg or drink faster. Or both. #beer #CraftBeer #brewing

Unfair to compare against one of the best but indeed Schneider Weisse is damn good beer. And this is a couple months past it’s date. Interestingly though a friend preferred my slightly Citra hopped to regular German Weizenbier last weekend. #beer #weizenbier
