BernieI was trying to decode 「私のせい」 (watashi no sei), but look how many kanji map to せい!

From context, I was able guess it's 所為 = consequence, outcome, blame, fault.
Jisho also has a note: "usually written using kana alone, often ...のせい".
Boathouse@codewiz @srevinsaju Yeah, it's usually "fault", but I've never seen it with any kanji.
