@drbeaubeaumont but I think somewhere deep deep under the layers of polished performance you now see in everything she does, somewhere is the original girl who wrote meaningful country songs. I haven’t seen her in concert for a good long time now. The tickets cost too much these days, and her songs are slightly better than other generic pop stuff, but only slightly and it’s lost it’s meaning and authenticity
