I can confirm the Everfree NW 2023 Venue, the Hyatt in Bellevue WA is still standing everypony. Our bus had to drive by it on my way home due to it being a snow route 🎉🦄🎊🦄.

Yes its a brag that I can walk there from home, saving on hotel and flight to buy ALL THE THINGS 🦄
