Julianna Thompson@91toph @frank_bough @taylorlorenz Point…it is a big challenge to migrate that many people to new platform in a short period. It took years to grow Twitter and I am sure the servers at Mastodon would crumble if everyone jumped all at once.

Migrating yourself is not that big of a deal though. It's rather that content creators stay on twitter "because that's were people are" & people stay on twitter "because that's were content creators are"... It's just inertia. Someone has to start & as always that responsibility to change rests on each & every one of us individually! There is no excuse! 😉
