@Some_Emo_Chick correct me if I am wrong but AFAIK Elon thing is just result of twitter failing to find sustainable business model. So despite the fact the site worked it was dead years ago.
Elon is just an idiot saving further losses of more sane investors.

I continue to be flummoxed at the supposed importance of Twitter in pieces like this. The blinders of how by far more people communicate online not and never with Twitter amazes me. And then to fundamentally misunderstand that any single company inherently is an asset and I don't even know what they might mean about "not letting that happen". I stopped reading at the "it would be like owning email" this is why I dropped wired.
