I978, I was 8. A friend had bought The Man Machine. I was hooked. I'm not sure why or how I've not seen them live before but this was a #BucketList gig for me even though Florian is no longer with us.

More photos from my #Kraftwerk gig.
For me as for many Ralf and Florian together with Karl Bartos and Wolfgang Flür are the classic line-up although current member Fritz Hilpert has been contributing a lot to their current sound since the early 90s.
I'm so sad I never got to see them when Florian Schneider was still performing which he stopped in 2006. But the live 3-D show they've been touring and the punchy revamped interpretations of classics is terrific. I must see them again!
