Every year something called #winter happens in #Canada. Every year governments, especially the Ford government fails to prepare for the humanitarian disaster that hits the homelessness during this season. 
Ford has no plan to end #homelessness.

@KWT He as no plan to build affordable housing for anyone, just more sprawl, an unwanted high way and McMansions that won't put a dent in the housing crisis. He is corrupt and useless.
