@Maura_resister @wurzbacher Unfortunately that does not mean much. The families only got a limited relief to let the case go to an appeal. Once Jones filed all other cases had to stop. Judge Lopez’s order lets the judgment become final and Jones appeal - it doesn’t (yet) mean the families can collect on any judgment.

It’s likely they will be able to collect eventually, but that may be years down the road and involve even more litigation. The gears of justice move very slowly.
