On this trip I was shooting with the GH6, a quirky camera that is beastly fast but with the little MFT sized sensor.
I love it for shooting video in particular. I capture in 6K then edit back to a 4K timeline, which means I have plenty of room for dynamic zoom or panning in post.

My absolute favourite thing about shooting with this camera is the lenses. There's a 10-25mm f/1.7 that gives me shallow depth of field but also the flexibility of 20-50mm full frame equivalent. It's as good as most prime lenses you'll ever get your hands on.
It's a chunky lens but I just adore it.

We do tonnes of sunrise and sunsets on Norfolk Island. Naturally, it's about 5km wide so there's more coastline than roads!
But the shades of green on this island are intense. Everything is green.

Not a bad place to share with a bunch of photographers. I hadn't been to Norfolk Island for 16 years so it was nice to go back and have a chance to enjoy the photography instead of working.

This is an m43 lens. I have a gh5s and it's a good camera.
Yes the 10-25mm is for micro four thirds. Stunning bit of engineering I have to say. I just love it. Wish there was something comparable for the full frame S Series. (I shoot with both).
