I think it's obvious that PPE Medpro will quickly go bust. I'm sure that auditors will struggle to trace the proceeds of previous contracts, and that the offshoring of funds will protect those with "vested interests" (ahem).
It really makes me sick that someone already wealthy enough will happily defraud their own country.
