My cousin is an atmospheric scientist. He just came back from #Antarctica where he said he saw Thwaits glacier, the “doomsday glacier”. It’s the last season scientists will be able to study it directly because it’s too unstable. When it detaches it is capable of raising sea levels 3-4 feet. #climate
