@juddlegum why not just quit twitter? All the reporters staying there are giving that platform the oxygen it needs. Not sure why any reputable reporters remain. Haven’t seen a good explanation for that.

@juddlegum Not just *linking* to competitors. Typing out the proper domain name in a tweet (for Mastodon) was impossible as of yesterday, and listing your handle is banned as of today per this policy.

So far, however, tweets as well as bios created prior to each successively more repressive rule seem to be grandfathered in ( I just don't think they have the capacity to police that, at least not immediately)
