@TechNews technically a person does create it . Imo it should be copywritable. There are industries threatened by this.

@TechNews What about all of the art fed into it to train it? Since nothing AI outputs is truly original - it is by definition solely derivative - does every AI system have a requirement to have a use license for everything fed into it for training? Does the AI provider have an obligation to release a list of all art or documents used to train it? What is owed the copyright owner on all training data? #AI #copyright
