Unless Elon Musk makes a dramatic course change, I don't know why anyone—journalist or otherwise—would feel comfortable investing a single tweet into the hands of this volatile totalitarian. I won't delete my Twitter account, but Mastodon is home going forward.
ProDemocracy@tony You are the reason Twitter existed, you and all who posted content that other people wanted to see. How fucking dare the Tyrant of Twitter deem who is worthy and who isn’t. Just because he finds common cause with Nazis & fascists & Russia/Putin, that doesn’t mean we do — we used & enjoyed Twitter *in spite* of the right wing hate-sewage, not because of it.
