@mackayim2022 Could I argue that MERS-CoV was quite active before covid19 and in the decade several Hajj pilgrimages took place in KSA without a single case of infection exported outside? Millions of pilgrims travelled from all the world, no cluster of cases detected.

@GMIK69 I agree with you. But the risk is there and the 'massier' the mass gatherings and the tourism that occurs alongside, the greater the chances. It's worth communicating it over and over.
