Do you know the Pali name of a sutta but don't know the citation? Try using the Pali Sutta Name lookup tool:

https://name.readingfaithfully.org/

It has a fuzzy mode that ignores all diacritics, double letters and aspirated consonants—the common things we misspell.

Now when you hover over a sutta you get an icon to copy a markdown version of the link.

Pali Sutta Name Lookup | ReadingFaithfully

Quickly lookup Pali suttas by name using flexible search.

Name.ReadingFaithfully.org
For example, just typing "satipatana" will include "Satipaṭṭhāna" in the results.
It also has common alternate names. For example, in the manuscripts, the #KālāmaSutta is known as the Kesaputti Sutta
@ReadingFaithfully_org This looks like a very useful resource. What does the “M⬇️” icon signify?

@bodhipaksa It's the logo for Markdown:

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=markdown

Markdown is the format used by Discourse based forums like SuttaCentral, as well as other places like Reddit and GitHub.

For example:
[MN 10 Satipaṭṭhāna](https://suttacentral.net/mn10/en/sujato)

And the shadow looking part of the icon is supposed to signify "copy". Like there would be a copy of the logo sitting behind the logo. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I realize that it's not a super well known logo. But I'm not sure what else to use.

@ReadingFaithfully_org @earlybuddhisttexts thanks for sharing this. My tradition is Mahayana so I haven't really dug into the Pali Canon. It's a whole new world for me and I'm really enjoying it.
