I am waiting 90 days-ish to get a bivalent booster because I had COVID in Sept. Probably at least some people are like me.... waiting, yet eager!
@HelenBranswell My wife and I both got this booster and came out clean despite 2 of our teenagers getting it and significant exposure. 💉👏
@HelenBranswell Do we file this under: Can’t Cure Stupid? It is appalling that half a million people died needlessly in the US, only one jab away from continued life, but preferred horse dewormer, cult membership, and death.
@HelenBranswell Not 4 nothin but I went by my local Walgreens recently to get a Covid booster. Was told they were all out of doses! How TF does that happen??
@HelenBranswell got my booster last week.
@HelenBranswell I got mine (and the flu vaccine) yesterday. No reaction, which is nice. Our hospital here on the Olympic Peninsula is at capacity.

@HelenBranswell
It's insane that so many people haven't gotten the bivalent booster, especially before the holidays. I got the flu shot with it and didn't have any side effects, and I always get knocked down for 3 days from the flu shot.

I told my sister to get the damned booster, because it's even wimp proof.

@HelenBranswell
I really think the side effect profile of the mRNA vaccines is a problem. It’s conceptually difficult to justify spending 2 days feeling sick so that—when you get COVID—you might feel less sick.
We should really be empowering anybody who wants it to get Novavax for that reason.
