Chris WilliamsI doubt would be that much, especially if the Times limits itself to their own reporters and editorial staff. Heck, law blogger Teri Kanefield's husband spun up her own Instance pretty quickly. That should be easily within the capabilities of the IT department of one of the biggest newspapers in the world.
