@chuckwendig I don't think I've really mourned Twitter's impending doom until last night. Seeing the tantrum happen in real time was, whoof. Elon's going to drive it into the ground because he's a massive narcissist that can't hear "no" without breaking shit.

I dunno, man. Maybe I shouldn't be as sad as I am about it, but here we are. Maybe part of this is because I don't have a new digital home yet. Nothing feels right.

@audleyzdarke I am super sad about it. I mean, I also have tons and tons of complicated feelings, because... it's also been the nexus of a lot of really awful stuff for the world but also me personally? And yet, so many of the greatest people I know, I met there. I met you there! It's been essential to me as a person, weirdly.

Yeah, it's deffo a complicated feeling. The amount of friends I've made and support I've received is overwhelming to think about.

But otoh, they never really did get rid of the nazis.

It may be all moot for me, anyway, because I've been suspended and the messages I've received from Twitter don't even guarantee that I'll get my account back, so. 🤷🏻‍♀️
