I know of NucSpot 750/780 from Biotium, but we are having issues ordering it, so I need an alternative. Ideally something that is excited at 730nm. David Mason@JordiCarrerasPuigvert For live or fixed imaging? The closest I know of are the DRAQ series (5 and 7) from Thermo, but ex730 will probably give pitiful emission.
@dn_mason it would be for fixed cells. Indeed, I have also checked the DRAQ and TO-PRO stains, but as you say, they are a bit below what we would need. Thanks though!
