It appears the original reply was deleted, but the account is still up, and is expressing hatred over being reported.
I don't trust an instance that allows an account to stay who has expressed threats of violence against nonbinary people.
Mastodon.world has apparently gained 70,000 users in two weeks and though they're trying to moderate you may want to silence the instance to avoid harassment
Oh I should probably mention the account name in text and not just the image descriptions.

Maybe consider reporting these posts and also encourage the mods to actually delete the account after this pattern of bigotry and not just delete the offending posts.

@oklomsy it shows that this instance has experienced a ton of growth all at once, which often means a lack of moderation. It's extremely hard to fully scale up an instance to handle moderating 70,000 people in two weeks.
Some people would rather silence instances that are likely to produce a lot of issues on account of having so much growth that every new account can't possibly be vetted

Part of the issue here is that even though the specific post I reported was deleted, that user is still allowed there to continue posting this kind of stuff, which to me indicates inadequate moderation.
