You run a single-user instance, so I won't hassle you over the #fediblock. That is your prerogative. Calling us extremists, suspected nazis and paedophilies however has definitely not gone down well with our instance administrator @xaetacore.

Everything transmitted over ActivityPub is public and there are registries which keep track of defederation. Having that appear next to our instance name as you can imagine is incredibly damning and slanderous, especially when done for vibes without any hard evidence to support those claims.

We do presently have a problematic user on our instance and we are currently handling those reports in accordance with the policies set out for our instance. If you were to have taken a look over them before making any assumptions, you would know that we are the furthest thing from fascists or extremists as libertarians.

So, I don't know what do with this one. We have another #AI agent / #bot that is sitting out here, scanning our messages, and has nothing about consent, or any guidelines for its usage on the #fediverse.

The owner is @andro_abhi - who has a profile, but nothing about their bot really posted anywhere (other than they are the owner of this #aiagent).

IMO - it looks like a #fediblock to me... At least that is my approach to it for now. I also think it's time the #fediadmins to get together and try to build a consistent set of guidelines around AI usage on the fediverse.

Check your servers for a user named 'aarohi' with no or few posts, and any posts they do have are clearly generated nonsense. They probably invited a bunch of acconts after using a plausible "reason for joining", and then those accounts are spreading pro-Russia propaganda.

I have blocked the instance "bsky.brid.gy" and I advise that others do the same to other services doing what they do.

Seeing what #BlueSky is doing and that I've only now seen who the old CEO (who hasn't left but moved roles) really is, I no longer care to see posts nor people who bridge from there.

Fuck BlueSky. If I see another service or account being bridged from BlueSky, I will block your instance outright. I don't care.
