This book is literally a how-to for cult leaders, propagandists and chaos agents to brainwash and traumatize as many people as possible in the project to incite a civil war in America.

Thanks to #OSINT Ninja @Gal_suburban I have the full book “The Citizens Guide to Fifth Generation Warfare” by Mike #Flynn.
This is a pocket-sized how-to manual for using military-grade PSYOP to cause societal chaos, suffering, and death — all marinated in traumatic QAnon propaganda. Flynn hardly bothers to portray this as anything but *instructions*.
This book will get people killed. It will show up in racist manifestos and the bookshelves of cult leaders.

Lind wrote a book called “Victoria: A Novel of 4th Generation Warfare” about how the United States could be torn apart by psychological operations, terrorism, and intentionally stoking identity politics to pit Americans against each other.
Victoria is just a slightly updated version of “The Turner Diaries.”
Flynn’s “Citizen’s Guide” is an instruction manual for creating “racial holy war” or #RaHoWa — exactly as portrayed in these books.

#Flynn waves his hands slightly about this being “designed to educate” but the book spends half it’s time trying to convince you that you need to learn these techniques and “break through” against an “overreaching federal government.”
“Yes we are at war, and the war is very real.”
Flynn grants that “your neighbors are most likely not your enemy” which of course leaves the door wide open for the possibility that they are your enemy.

Here are two KGB defectors describing “ideological subversion or active measures or psychological warfare” nearly 40 years ago. The tactics have gotten far more sophisticated but the strategy has hardly changed at all.
Mike Flynn knows all about these techniques. He even went to visit KGB-successor GRU headquarters in 2013 for a four day “leadership conference.”
Flynn is just repackaging this.
