My gastroenterologist: you need to take off 15-20 kilos for your reflux. Also my gastroenterologist: eat a regular diet through the end of the year and keep a log of food and reflux. Christmas is great for this! Red wine and tamales!
@dvewlsh I think it would be useful. My mom has an Apple Watch that has a fall tracker (which is great because she has osteoporosis and Parkinsonism), but she never wears it because it makes her feel bad about her unsteady gate.
