Anyone else get so much email that's just clutter that their unread inbox number is absurd? I have 3522 unread emails in my work email, but they are all in the "other" inbox that Microsoft uses. LinkedIn, Academia.edu, companies that want me to use their software in my classes, etc.

I actually got my unread count down to 0 in May 2021, so I guess ~6 emails/day really adds up fast.

@olsen I changed email addresses and providers a few years ago. It was a good opportunity to see everything that I was still subscribed to. Then I only changed over the stuff I actuallly cared about.
