It just doesn't seem fair to the former President. How can the DOJ use legally obtained evidence of espionage and felony theft to prosecute a gentleman who is obviously demented and has the mentality of a 11 year-old spoiled brat? Can't they just go after marijuana smokers and poor folks of America?
