I am still alive and well, considering I've had/having:

- Stage 3 Colon Cancer
- Type 2 Diabetes
- Barrets Esophagus
- Hiatal Hernia
- Stoma Hernia
- Colostomy
- Moderately Anemic
- Kidney Stones
- Mild Sleep Apnea
- Depression/Anxiety
- Obesity

Once I am feeling well after kidney stone removal, going to get back to losing weight, so I can have an ostomy takedown.

Thanks to all the nurses, surgeons, urologists, oncologists, diabetes educators, etc. You are my heroes!

@johnemenecker I've gone through or are going through some of those. I'll pray for you and, as a suggestion, you should look up the Esselstyn Diet. Talking with God will help your soul and the ED will help with your body. :)
