Pat Inman@CindySue @politicalscience I did not read @sjlarin ‘s toot to ask that only academics be included, but rather that #news of political events be separated from discussion of #scholarship on #politics & #PoliticalTheory. Is that right? I’m curious how that sort of distinction can emerge in the #fediverse. How are #norms established in an open network? My guess is, the more specific members want a group to be, the longer, more obscure its tag should be.
