alexferrie@Molly Scottish voters will not be fooled by this. Brown made plenty of promises prior to the 2014 referendum (as well as using fear tactics to terrify Scottish pensioners).
This "The Vow", part 2. None of it is Labour policy and I doubt much of it ever will be. They've been touting HOL reforms for decades and done nothing about it.
As for Scotland, it still requires Scots to accept WM rule.

Lassielmr@alexferrie @Molly indeed. It’s a rehash of the vow only weaker in content - all the meaningful stuff has been removed. Interestingly I have just had my Twitter account suspended for saying that. Guess Labour don’t like folk questioning. 🤷🏼♀️
