EDPB adopts Art. 65 dispute resolution binding decisions regarding Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp | European Data Protection Board

Given consent clearly isn't a valid ground, that leaves legitimate interests - advertising clearly is a LI but qu is the balance w user rights. Do we have DPA cases on this @mikarv @Frederik_Borgesius ?c/ Claims sites must now provide a non personalised ads version seem a bit premature?
@lilianedwards @Frederik_Borgesius fb can no longer deny right to objection requests in a blanket way, needs possibility for objection to be technically executed, potentially huge engineering change.
@mikarv @Frederik_Borgesius right so crux is art 21 not art 6
@lilianedwards @mikarv
I must be silly, but I cannot find the document (PDF) of the EDPB decision. Do you perhaps happen to have a link? Thanks!
