I've been experimenting with running SD2 output through a Python algorithm created with ChatGPT.
This is an actually significantly superior existing program called #StippleGen.
Probably my favorite of the two packs of SVGs..

If you want to experiment with the program I used for the conversion it's a standalone thing written in Processing, I'm looking at some other options as well.
