Jeez the high school in my home town has after school manga and board game clubs.

When I was in high school (late 90s/early 2000s) I had a Pokemon backpack and wore Sailor Moon and Gundam Wing t shirts and I remember my dad saying to me "welp, at least you don't care what people think about you" 😒 To make things worse, I took a sketching art class and my teacher told me anime "wasn't real art" 😭
