Day 6: Mouse for #DoodleWashDecember2022 and #ArtAdventCalendar
This is a spinifex hopping mouse from central Australia. It generally lives in tunnels about a metre underground. They have really amazing kidneys that save nearly all the moisture so their urine is solid.
Painted in a concertina watercolour journal that I made myself. The paper is 300gsm hot press, 100% cotton by Boahong.
