lex Maria@hikeofthemenrys @aravosis I really love mine (3, long range, sport). Elon has always been awful but like most, I believed in the idea when I bought it. He wasn’t a fully fledged far-RWNJ and a real danger to democracy. I am actively looking for a replacement, but I cannot find an EV with similar range (very important where I live in the middle of the desert) and performance (also v important). Looked at Audi RS EV, but 3X cost with lower range. Ideas?
@aravosis @Spudsforever I’m on the list for a Rivian. Lucid is apparently a well made car but I don’t love how they look. The electric revolution is here but I suspect Tesla will be left behind before they know it.
@hikeofthemenrys @aravosis I hope you’re right. I went from an Audi TT turbo to the 3. I never liked the aesthetic of the 3, but I wanted to move to an EV with a type of performance I was used to. Plus range. I can put up with ugly as long as I get those two things. Lucid gets good ranking (according to top gear, etc). What is the range on the Rivian?
