I know that some accounts who follow me and I follow are on that server. If you want to still keep in touch, please move servers because silverheart.social will be defederating from them next week.

The reason we even defederated was tied to the fact we knew they would not stop escalating while we have done nothing to them to warrant this. For context they are threatening violence because of rule three of my server

UPDATE: I am in discussion with many people about what has happened regarding kolektiva.social and Slaanesh. This appears to be a more complicated situation than it first appeared to be and I want to get the story straight before I post another update to this Fediblock.

This is going to be a long update. Buckle up.

TLDR: Not blocking Slaanesh. Still going to defederate from kolektiva.social next week for spreading misinformation that is linked to KiwiFarms.

What happened was that someone from kolekiva.social was repeating BS from KF about Tenacious Unicorn Ranch. Slaanesh responded by blocking and the person from kolekiva.social decided to spread misinformation about Slaanesh.

However else you may feel about kolektiva.social or Slaanesh, regarding THIS situation, I think that to keep a safe(r) space, I will defederate from an instance that spreads false rumors from KiwiFarms. Until the admins recognize and get a handle on this situation, silverheart.social will remain separate.

In short, silverheart.social doesn't associate with or listen to KF and the harm that it wants to instill on minoritized populations.

UPDATE: I have read many, many posts and collected much relevant information about the circumstance between Slaanesh on eightpoint.app and AvengingFemme on kolektiva.social. It is unclear whether the accusations from AF came from KiwiFarms and Slaanesh said that with evidence, she will block abusers.

Again, I appreciate everyone weighing in on this. I will keep an eye out for escalation and abuse but for now, I will not defederate from kolektiva.social.

@amber the allegations came from trans Twitter user raging_grace (account no longer exists) and were screencapped by kiwifarms, as shown in the archive link Slaanesh uses to prove kf as the source of the allegations. A trans person talking about their alleged abuse is not kiwifarms rumors just because the stalker forum screencapped the twitter thread.

You seem from my perspective to be unquestioningly buying into a narrative that only exists to protect abusers by poisoning the well for victims speaking out. It's not wrong to call out abuse when it's true, regardless of what KiwiFarms did or didn't say.
