we have the same enemies! people in both communities who set us in opposition to one another are actively unhelpful!

it also includes the many many people who fundamentally don't see antisemitism as a serious or important issue, or think it's overplayed, or that jews have too much power to be oppressed, that media coverage of antisemitic statements is proof of the former, etc etc

Hah. All that really happened is that now I'm reading about how trans people are a conspiracy by "global elites" to corrupt masculinity and bring down white birth rates. Charming.
Had I known more then about Hirschfeld and early trans research I possibly might have seen that coming. 😒
